The MSA Scholarship is awarded biannually, provided suitable candidates are forthcoming, for research, travel, to subsidize the cost of publishing the results of research, to enable students to gain experience in suitable offices overseas, or for any other purpose which the Selection Committee may approve.
The Scholarship is usually in the region of £500. Candidates must be members or student members of the MSA. Applications should contain the following particulars :-
- Age
- Architectural Education
- Academic Qualifications
- Practical Qualifications
- Written references from two persons regarding the candidate's fitness for the scholarship
- A brief outline of the applicants intentions regarding the use to which he/she hopes to put the scholarship
